Academic Advising Overview for Liberal Arts--Psychology (LAPSY.AA) Majors

The Academic Advising Center is continuing a new project which will allow students to receive an overview of the requirements of their declared major. In so doing, the Center hopes to utilize the electronic resources at its disposal to provide our students with another method of the best possible academic advising in as efficient a way as possible. This Electronic Advising Packet is for the Liberal Arts--Psychology (LAPSY.AA) Degree. This version was activated for Fall 2014.

GE Humanities Elective

Two semesters of a modern language

CSC 105--Computer Applications and Systems or CSC 106--Intermediate PC Applications with Programming (CSC 106 has a prerequisite of CSC 105 or CSC 107 and MAT 014)

BIO 105--Heredity, Evolution and Society (prerequisite of MAT 013)
MAT 123--Statistics I (prerequisite of MAT 014)
GE Math or GE Science elective


PSY 123--Introduction to Psychology
GE Social Science elective

PSY 218--Research Methods (prerequisite of MAT 123)
PSY elective that is not already completed to satisfy another requirement
